This will include the day to day operation of digital technology within SCRA’s Hearing suites, as well as utilising digital technology to deliver virtual hearings using our secure virtual platform (training will be provided).
You will lead one or more high‑profile programmes that will redesign services, embed new ways of working, deliver cultural change and realise meaningful benefits at scale.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of land and property, working through teams of in house professionals and external advisors, and provide senior level advice to elected Members, Corporate Boards and external partners. Key Responsibilities - Lead the development and delivery of a commercial asset management and development strategy, ensuring optimal use of the Council's property resources.
You will be responsible for providing advice to external and internal clients, and will be involved in multi‑disciplinary projects, often taking a central coordinating role. Being responsible for developing our rail‑focussed service offering in one of the following areas: rail, light rail, freight, local authorities.
You will have the opportunity to be involved with bidding for new work.
You will also need a clear understanding of Ofsted requirements and the inspection framework. Day-to-day of the role: - Lead and manage up to two 2-bed in-house residential children's homes, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. - Implement and oversee therapeutic practices that promote the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of the children.
