You will utilise excellent people management, commercial and operational skills to ensure profitability, efficiency and health and safety are prioritised and delivered at all times.

You will be a Health & Safety champion responsible for reinforcing and improving the Health & Safety culture in your depot.

You will bring your extensive experience in the waste industry to drive sales growth and efficiencies in your depot area. As a people manager you will develop your team, succession plan and increase employee engagement and retention.

You will be a key player in ensuring the high standards of compliance are maintained and that facilities are safe and fit for purpose.

You will manage a team of Facilities Assistants and work closely with the Estates Service Delivery Manager to ensure that the internal and external environment is conducive to the promotion of learning.
