You will be responsible for processing all aspects of payroll in a timely and accurate manner. What you'll be doing Core Responsibilities: Coordinate and accurately manage the end-to-end processing of payroll for 2000+ employees on 4-weekly and weekly payroll cycles. Meet and exceed all payroll deadlines.
You will be the pivotal point of communication between the Customer and Knauf to ensure all Customer requirements are satisfied.
You will be required to work closely within the team and with our customers to show all the elements of the Knauf values in every aspect of what you do on the team using your strong working knowledge of the company and the processes and procedure in place.
You will also engage and manage external contractors and suppliers, ensuring the right support is in place for planned and reactive maintenance activities. A key part of the role is diagnosing recurring issues through root cause analysis, implementing sustainable fixes, and contributing to the strategic development of our paper machines.
