You will work quickly and effectively to undertake basic food preparation, serving meals and beverages to our customers.

You should have good communication, literacy and numeracy skills as well as knowledge of current products and customer demands.

You will also be a good team player with experience of working with customers on a daily basis and minimal experience of till and cash handling.

You will lead a team of fundraising Volunteers to carry out your planned activity out in the community and online.

You will enrich their skills, ensure all policies and procedures are followed, and show exemplary community engagement to reach wider audiences.

You will be based / covering the North Scotland area acting as the key liaison between the customer and support services to provide exemplary customer service.
