You will hold a shared corporate role in the organisation as a member of the Leadership team, making a significant contribution to realising Cedar's vision through external influencing, advocacy and policy engagement as well as shaping the organisation's strategy.
You will be part of a highly skilled operations function responsible for maintaining the availability and performance of critical network services.
You will support and guide team members, coordinate major incidents, and work closely with internal teams and third-party providers to maintain service excellence.
You will ensure that all customers receive high-quality, responsive and inclusive services, while embedding a unified service culture across previously separate areas.
