You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, customer-focused housing service to FHDC tenants living in Independent Living (sheltered housing) schemes. The Independent Living Team delivers intensive housing management to older and vulnerable tenants so that they can sustain their tenancies and live in a safe environment.

You will need to demonstrate the following:

You will need to be able to cook and manage day to day tasks in the home of the resident. We do require you to demonstrate a flexible, hard working and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK.
