You will work to develop existing customer business as well as proactively identifying new international opportunities for the group. You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.
You will then negotiate the contract sum within the budget, including finalising costs to cover all late variations.
You will issue revised contract drawings to subcontractors; negotiating the cost of variations including liaising between Buyers and Build Managers.
You will provide a full range of pricing information for purchaser's extras.
You will shape tailored sales strategies aligned to market conditions, asset performance and buyer demand, overseeing the preparation of high-quality sales materials, data rooms and investor presentations.
You will have an established investor network, ideally across London and the wider UK, and be confident operating at pace in a commercially focused, performance-driven environment.
You will facilitate learning episodes, build strong communication and rapport with students to boost their self-confidence, and create a safe and stimulating learning environment. Your support will be crucial in helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
