You will be responsible for managing and supporting our enterprise messaging infrastructure built on Solace PubSub+, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and reliability across production and non-production environments. This includes working on incident response, capacity planning, WAN optimization, and system observability using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

You will draw on your networking knowledge to identity and troubleshoot network connectivity issues. You understand system design best practices and the importance of implementing systems and services that are secure, scalable, reliable, resilient, efficient and performant. You communicate clearly and collaborate with others to deliver results.

You will also require strong knowledge of Amazon Workspace and Google Workspace.
