You will provide clinical leadership to the care and nursing teams, ensuring that residents receive person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
You will take responsibility for the clinical governance and the running of the service of the home in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring care delivery meets CQC requirements and aligns with company policies and procedures.
You must be confident to deal professionally with both colleagues and suppliers in person, by telephone and by e-mail.
You will need a full clean driving licence (up to 3 points for minor offence may be accepted)
You must be prepared to help other area of the business when required, including Reception, Quality Control and Occasional Driving.
