You will own the core finance engine, strengthen the control environment, improve reporting quality and lead a small but capable team. Alongside this you will remain close to the numbers, partner with the senior team and help shape how the UK business grows.
You will balance hands on accounting with commercial influence.
You will be responsible for managing a high-volume desk, delivering qualified candidates, and ensuring consistent progress across multiple live vacancies. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-led environment, with clear expectations, strong operational support, and defined placement targets.
You will provide operational supervision, monitoring performance and maintaining consistency across all domestic & routine maintenance duties within your area of responsibility, including coordination with hospital contractors.
You will supervise Building Operatives and subcontractors to ensure these tasks are carried out effectively and to the highest standard.
You will also need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, supporting the Chief of Staff with meetings / co-ordination etc and working as part of a small team.
