You will lead the specification and execution of tests to ensure that we maximise the performance of the car and achieve the highest levels of reliability. Working with the engineering teams around the business, you will help to accelerate our rate of car development, by delivering new test methods and capability.
You will also investigate plant failures and carry out repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible to avoid interruptions to the process. Provide technical advice, referring to up to date technical knowledge, and provide training or support for technical trainees if required.
You will be working in a newly created frontline support team of technicians responsible for supporting the day‐to‐day operations and improvements of wastewater treatment processes for the project upgrade within the Thames Valley North Area of Waste & Bioresources Operations.
You will need a UK driving licence with minimal points. A HGV Class 1 driving licence would also be highly desirable, but is non-essential. Overall, you will be a committed individual and be comfortable working independently day-to-day.
