You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and responding to breakdowns of lifts whilst covering a local patch with no overnight stays. This role would suit a Engineer with experience in the lift industry, looking to cover a local patch at a company who will invest in their future development with on the job training and looking to maximise earnings through door to door pay.
You will have knowledge and experience of hand and power tools - Attention to detail is required both during the inspections and when completing post inspection paperwork which will be submitted to clients - A driving licence would be preferred
You will be required to carry out all repairs and inspections and LOLER/PUWER examinations on a range of lifting gear including shackles, winches, hoists, and gantries, within a workshop environment.
You will be required to attend a customers site within the South West in which, you will be provided with a company van.
