You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, support new housing developments, and play a key role in resident engagement and neighbourhood sustainability.
You will work as part of the Enhanced Care and Security teams across the Trust to maintain safety, dignity, and a therapeutic environment for patients and staff. You will be a self-starter with excellent organisation and accuracy with the ability to prioritise your work.
You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of Exeter’s business rates and council tax property base.
You will issue bills, review reliefs and exemptions, inspect properties, and liaise with the Valuation Office Agency to confirm valuations.
You will also support recovery activity and assist with system testing when required.
