You will be the point of contact for the company in relations to all projects ensuring all processes are followed and ran smoothly. This will involve reporting all relevant client reports and complying with all quality procedures including CDM 2015, fire safety guidance and England/ GLA funding requirements.
You will be responsible for improving customer service processes, supporting recruitment, on-boarding and performance management, and fostering a positive, accountable team culture. Working closely with operational and engineering leadership, you will help identify service improvements, manage performance reporting, and contribute to wider business objectives.
You will act as the bridge between Sales, Projects, and Technical Operations , ensuring that new business is onboarded smoothly and handed over into BAU support with clarity, structure, and confidence.
You will own service outcomes, SLA performance, onboarding quality, and continuous improvement while supporting and enabling technical teams to perform at their best.
