You will work closely with project managers, engineers and senior stakeholders across both pre- and post-contract stages.
You will be responsible for your own caseload consisting of mainly disrepair, possession, injunction and private landlord matters, meeting financial and billing targets and assisting other fee earners.
You will also draft advice court documents, bundles, witness statements, statement of costs together with briefing and corresponding with Counsel.
You will be joining a wonderful team that has some 85 years PQE!
You will be using your experience to work with the team to support the conveyancing team and manage your own caseload.
