You will contribute to all aspects of childcare and education in the ELC setting and take an active part in other appropriate duties as required.
You will take an active role in the planning and delivery of person-centred care and encourage the people we support to express their views and wishes within their personal plan, which you will keep up to date and relevant.
You will assess, diagnose and initiate treatment, investigations, advice and management of patients using professional decision-making processes to ensure safe, patient centred care.
You will provide specialist advice to healthcare professionals, other agencies, carers, clients and relatives.
