You will be studying towards a Level 5 Higher Level Apprenticeship, Foundation Engineering Degree (FdEng) in Mechatronics with our partners at the South Eastern Regional College in Bangor.
You will be a self-starter, able to demonstrate time management skills, working on your own, using your initiative and have a genuine interest in Engineering and Thales.
You will also participate in site-wide projects that support changing business and IT requirements. Manage workload and prioritise multiple open tickets while meeting SLA thresholds for incidents, requests, and problems. Take full technical responsibility for incidents, requests, and problems, conducting comprehensive diagnostics with end-users to ensure ticket resolution and project completion.
You will be in and out of the vehicle multiple times per day, so a good level of fitness is essential.
