You will be supporting individuals in their own homes to live as independently as possible. This involves; following daily planners, helping with financial expenditure, personal care, domestic support and administration of medication. A rewarding part of the role will be encouraging participation in activities in the local community to enhance social inclusion.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements.
You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
You will receive a payment equivalent to 12.07% for each hour worked in the period; up to a maximum of 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year.
