You will beresponsible for optimising the availability and utilisation ofrental assets, driving operational excellence, and fostering apositive, high-performing team culture. This includes maintainingregular and thorough communication, demonstrating hands-on,visible, and engaging leadership, and motivating the team toachieve both safety and operationalobjectives.

You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £16.22 plus an excellent benefits package which includes: - 33 Days Annual Leave (FTE) Pro Rata for Part Time - Enhanced Maternity & Paternity allowance - Enhanced employer pension contribution - Eligible for Blue Light Card discounts

You must be able to work both days and nights, including some weekends as required.

You will be managing complex construction, refurbishment and regeneration projects from inception through to the planning and construction phase, handover and thereafter ensuring a smooth transition to occupation and use.

You will engage with a range of stakeholders including contractors, consultants, occupiers, land owners, development partners, councillors and other government bodies.
