You will play an important role in: Convey a positive image of the company and represent Boralex in accordance with its values Secure negotiated property agreements within commercial constraints of the project and enable the development, construction and operation of all projects with a focus on reducing whole life cycle costs
You will be assisting in providing a safe, enjoyable environment for our customers and clients and helping to ensure their return visits.
You will also be carrying out a wide variety of duties which include equipment set-ups, function rigs and de-rigs and actively engaging with our customers, contractors, colleagues and hirers to provide a first-class experience.
You will ensure that all service charge budgets and accounts are prepared accurately, within CEM workflow timeframes and in accordance with current legislation, lease requirements and industry practice.
You will also have responsibility for the Transactional Service Charge Team, this includes Sales/Purchase Ledger and Credit Control functions.
You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles and waste management handling equipment to meet health and safety legislation and DVSA requirements.
You will also carry out scheduled preventative service and maintenance inspections to meet Biffa’s operator’s licence commitments.
