You will provide person centred support to our tenants setting up budget plans, understanding and maximising their benefits entitlements, supporting tenants to settle in their new homes. Work with tenants to build their resilience and enable their independence.
You will provide consistent, relationship-based support to young people aged 16+ as they transition towards independent living — with a particular focus on UASC and complex care leavers. This is a hands-on, purpose-driven position: you’ll help young people build stability, develop essential life skills (such as budgeting and cooking), and promote inclusion through our Community Café (CIC).

You will be required to provide evidence of these. Holiday entitlement will be based on 29 days (pro rata) per annum rising to 33 days (pro rata) per annum after 5 completed year’s continuous service.
