You will work closely with lecturers to support individual learners within a class group setting to help them successfully complete their programme of study at this critical time of the year. This could be a great opportunity for current students who would like to mentor other students on lower level programmes, where you could share your learning experience within your area of study.
You will be confident delivering one to one therapeutic interventions and understand the importance of boundaries, confidentiality and collaborative working.
You will be willing to register with the SSSC, join the PVG Scheme and work respectfully within the Christian ethos of CrossReach.

You must currently have registration or eligibility to apply from commencement of employment (you must apply to register within the first 3 months of employment to ensure registration is complete within 6 months of starting in your role).
You will join us on a permanent basis, with Full Time and Part Time positions available, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour.
You will assist and encourage people with their evening routines and activities, while providing consistent physical and emotional support throughout the night.
You must be able to work within and uphold the Christian ethos of CrossReach, be willing to register with the SSSC and join the PVG Scheme.

You will build positive relationships with the individuals you support, working closely with families and carers to ensure there is greater choice and control over how people can overcome the challenges they face, helping ensure they enjoy a fulfilled life.

You must have an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or HNC in Social Care or one of the qualifications included on the list for registration as a residential childcare worker with SSSC.
You will assist the Service Delivery Manager implement and maintain effective systems of accountability, quality assurance and performance management, ensuring all personal support plans are monitored and reviewed within statutory timescales.
