You will be required to work from both sites. I have a 24-hour care package required at a ratio of 2:1 during the day and 1:1 wake carer at night and I have 8 team members at the moment.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills while delivering care to an individual in their own/family home.
You will be joining an established support team who have worked with the families for a while. Our families all have diffent levels of support needed some of which could be challenging.
