You will be responsible for preparing lesson plans and a comprehensive scheme of work that meets the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
You will need the natural ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers, putting people at ease, with a real “can-do” attitude; nothing is too much hassle for you!
You will need to be an excellent motivator and be willing to persevere to help children raise their self-esteem and learn new skills.
You will need to be available during school hours: 8:30-15:30. This work is term-time only, the school prefers people who can offer 5 days a week, but they will consider people who can work a minimum of two days a week.
You will provide 2:1 waking night support, ensuring B feels safe, understood, and valued throughout the night. Enabling B to live their life in a way that is meaningful, fulfilling, and true to who they are.
You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life. What we're looking for: A genuine passion for supporting others.
