You will be required to support class teachers and early years practitioners to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences. Key responsibilities include supporting children with learning activities, promoting positive behaviour, assisting with personal care where required, and helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

You will be highly motivated to support students with special needs inside and outside the classroom to make progress and fulfil their potential. Prior experience of working with ASD learners is desirable but not essential.
