You will provide tailored support to learners with a range of additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential both in the classroom and during practical sessions. Working closely with teaching staff, you'll ensure that students are fully included, engaged, and confident in their learning environment.
You will be there to ensure that residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care, and you'll help encourage and develop new skills through a variety of different activities.
You will play a vital role in ensuring that your residents are safe, comfortable, and most importantly happy.
You must have current Right to Work in the UK and have been employed in the UK for at least 6 months. We no longer have any certificates of sponsorship available and are unable to consider sponsorship.
You will then complete the person-centred training, specific to the person that you are supporting.

You will be working in a respite service in Runcorn, Cheshire ensuring that users are comfortable, happy and enjoy their stay.
You will have experience working with people with complex health needs but experience working with people with a learning disability is not essential as full training will be provided.
