You will ideally have relevant experience of leading and developing teams within supported living services for adults with learning disabilities.
You will be an effective and strong leader with the passion and commitment to making a difference - Have experience of dealing with support plans and risk assessments and have up to date knowledge of CQC guidelines
You will provide consultations and appropriate clinical management to patients attending with injury and illness to services, either face to face or virtually.
You will be expected to fulfil your mandatory safeguarding training at the level applicable to this role.
