You will be patient, professional and well organised with excellent communication and leadership skills, both verbal and written.
You will be able to liaise proactively and effectively with social workers and other members of the multi-disciplinary team. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing care and support to people with learning disabilities and other needs is essential for this role.
You will join a teaching and support team with high aspirations regarding meeting our diverse learner needs.
You will work closely with teachers and other staff to deliver tailored support, including working with children who have additional needs.
You will need to have experience of delivering high quality phonic sessions (we use Little Wandle).
