You will play a crucial role in supporting and caring for children and young people, helping them develop life skills, build positive relationships, and achieve their full potential.

You will work alongside a Senior Co-Worker on a structured rota, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

You will manage cases involving families with multiple needs, carrying out assessments, developing tailored support plans, and coordinating intensive multi-agency packages where required.

You will also lead multi-agency reviews to ensure support remains effective and responsive.

You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at promoting mental well-being and independence among our service users.
