You will also spend time with a Duty Manager learning about fundamental aspects of security, in preparation for utilising secure keys. This will take place over a 5 day period (Monday to Friday) prior to commencing shifts within the Houses.
You should be able to provide structure and boundaries in a caring and sensitive manner, communicate effectively, and remain calm under pressure. About the Role:As an Autism Practitioner, you will support individuals to achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible.
