You will be provided training to ensure you are in a confident position to support the young people. This will be provided from both Teaching Personnel and the school. You will be assisting residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible.
You will provide therapeutic care and support to patients with Autism and complex needs which includes observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of patient conditions, treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty.
You will be required to work with groups of pupils across Key Stages, supporting within the classroom with day to day activities helping the class teacher. We have full time and part time positions available, working hours are 8:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

You will be an experienced administrator with past experience of working within a busy office environment.
You will be highly computer literate with excellent analytical skills together with good attention to detail and experience of manipulating data using complex databases.
