You will be supported in developing the service, contributing to positive outcomes for the children and young people and the service. Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Support: Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

You will be there to ensure that residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care, and you'll help encourage and develop new skills through a variety of different activities.

You will play a vital role in ensuring that your residents are safe, comfortable, and most importantly happy.

You will be a mentor, a role model, and a source of encouragement as they strive to reintegrate into society as responsible and productive individuals.
