You must bemitted topleting this training and any further training that may be required to progress as a support worker.

You will ensure each individuals physical, emotional, and social needs are met with respect and sensitivity, creating a supportive environment. Encouraging Participation: Support individuals in engaging with recreational activities, community outings, and daily social interactions to strengthen their confidence and enjoyment.
