You will be employed on a contract linked to a named SEN pupil.
You will be additionally working 3.5 hours per week as a Midday Assistant Mon to Fri, annual FTE salary £24,330 (pro rata salary £1,982.78).
You will be delivering high quality support, focusing on improving outcomes for our pupils.
You will manage training records and our LMS, organise and co-ordinate the L&D calendar for the Club together with managing all training administration. Additionally, you will always be involved in other projects such as onboarding and inductions, creating training materials.
You will lead the development and delivery of a high-quality, inclusive PE and outdoor learning programme that reflects the needs of all pupils, encourages participation and supports both physical and emotional wellbeing.
You will be assisting the teacher in the classroom and within small groups or for individual children, running interventions. Training will be provided to help undertake these responsibilities where needed. Applicants must hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification.
