You will be required to attain your Level 3 Children’s Workforce Diploma, this is fully funded. The role will include evenings, weekends, bank holidays and “sleep-ins” as required and you will ideally hold a full UK driving licence.
You will act as a role model to deliver a high standard of care to promote the delivery of a patient-focused service as appropriately delegated by the Nursing team. At all times, you will work in accordance with the principles governed by the Trust policies. The role will be clinically based working daytime shift patterns only.
You will need to successfully complete an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare before you complete 24 months of Support Work. This will be fully funded by Break and you will be supported by our training team.
