You will help them build the skills, knowledge, and behaviours to succeed in their first job role while working closely with employers. What you will be doing: * Coach and motivate apprentices aged 16–21 to develop practical skills in Brickwork, Carpentry & Joinery, and Plastering.

You will receive an allowance per mile of business use.

You will be fully trained to assist people to meet their care needs, which can range from motivational support to personal care.

You will work to individualised support/goal plans, with the aim of encouraging people to do these things for themselves, wherever possible.

You must be warm and able to work in a person-centred way with people with a learning disability. The service is easy to travel to with excellent public transport by bus and tram. Located only 20 minutes away from Sale, Chorlton, Didsbury, Cheadle and Manchester Airport.

You will be a Registered Nurse/Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) with extensive recent community experience.

You must also hold a first level degree or equivalent in a health care related subject and demonstrate substantial experience of working within the Manchester Health Visiting Service at a senior level.
