You will be school locality-based, initially working in The James Young High School and Inveralmond Community High School learning communities, in Livingston, and a variety of community settings, which may include youth clubs, community centres, outdoor learning venues, local churches, private sector venues and care settings.

You will be responsible for utilizing diagnostic tools to identify specific learning gaps and tailoring interventions accordingly, promoting continuous improvement in academic outcomes. Required attributes include meticulous organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professional boundaries.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
