You will process enquiries from a wide range of stakeholders such as the general public, external agencies, Council staff at all levels as well as Elected Members and be expected to do this promptly, efficiently and accurately.
You should have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills as this is a busy and demanding role with often conflicting priorities.
You will have an ability to undertake robust assessments and care planning which will enable you to update care plans to ensure the outcomes of the individuals are being met, as well as having the flexibility and skills to respond to changing needs of individuals.
