You will help them understand their own emotional needs, and ensure they feel safe and supported in school.
You will help manage any challenging behaviour that arises because of the student’s needs, as well as providing pastoral support to students. Most importantly, you will set an example for all pupils and act as a positive role model.

You will identify and address possible triggers for the pupils, concerning their trauma and psychological needs.
