Learning Support Coordinator jobs in Chorley

You will also have skills in the assessment of needs and proactive risk management, so that support planning for individuals demonstrates an active and fulfilling life with an emphasis on a ‘can do’ approach.
You will be a positive, proactive and passionate person who has the desire to want to support vulnerable adults with learning disability and complex needs.
