Care Assistant needed to provide high-quality care and support to residents in a residential care home.
You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers This special service specialises in a range of care services, including: residential care, respite care, dementia care and convalescence care To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent**
You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
You will have the satisfaction of working with and being supported by an enthusiastic and caring team that puts people at the heart of the business.
You will build meaningful relationships with the individuals you support, your fellow carers and your branch support teams; promoting our company values, which are at the heart of everything we do. Due to the nature of this role, good communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Provides personalized care, support, and encourages customer independence. Includes assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and appointment coordination.
