Learning Support Assistant jobs in Redditch

You will work 5 days a week spread over the 6 days. If you work a Saturday, you will be given a day off during the week so that you only work a total of 5 days.

You will, of course, be paid for all of the additional hours that you will be supporting. Full induction and training provided.

You will be working within a small team of 5, assisting all staff on site with 1st and 2nd line support. This role requires dealing with all levels of staff from the shop floor to the founders, solving IT issues within a busy fast paced environment.

You will be working on ad hoc projects and be a vital part of the IT department.

You will assist students in the classroom with understanding the activities set by the tutor. As well as supporting with spelling, punctuation, and mathematics. To support College attendance, retention and achievement strategies by providing a high-quality pro-active support service to learners who have learning support requirements.

You must be in good health and capable of performing all care tasks.

You will receive a full local and corporate induction. This is a relief position, which enables you to pick up shifts at a time that suits you, which is ideal for fitting around personal commitments, study or caring responsibilities.
