You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors to the site and will manage calls and e-mails, completing administrative tasks and offering administrative support! You should also be a great communicator and stay calm and approachable even under pressure.

You will need to have to have a flexible approach as there will be times when you will be supporting other areas of the Store to meet the business needs. Previous retail experience is NOT essential.
