You will work in collaboration with colleagues and tenants to deliver personal and housing-related support to those we care for whilst maintaining the independence and dignity of the people we support. Role Responsibilities:
You will be involved in the full project pipeline, from scoping through to results delivery and dissemination.
You will provide Care Act assessment, support planning, review, safeguarding, mental capacity, and best interest work, participating in the duty function and improving the outcomes for individuals with a learning disability and/or autism, including young people who are in transition from Children’s services.
You will be working as a SEND Learning Support Assistant supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) across a well-respected specialist setting. Your role will involve working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support, helping students access the curriculum and develop socially and emotionally.
You will collaborate with a team of experienced practitioners, utilising evidence-based interventions to promote social inclusion and support mental health recovery. The team is a trust wide service covering all five boroughs of Pennine Care and it is essential that you drive to enable you to travel across the Trust footprint.
You will help ensure: Accurate and timely documentation of system updates and issues. Improved user experience through efficient troubleshooting and clear communication. Strong collaboration across departments to ensure technology supports operational goals. Enhanced system security through diligent monitoring and adherence to best practices.
You will report directly to the Learning and Development Manager and your role will cover administration within the L&D team.
