You will act as a key point of contact for apprentices, offering guidance, coaching, and pastoral support to help them remain engaged, overcome challenges, and successfully achieve their qualifications.
You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning across the Council and your responsibilities will include supporting and delivering a wide range of L&D activities, building strong partnerships with external training providers.
You should have solid background in Machine Learning (ML) and/or statistical signal processing combined with excellent programming skills in Python and extensive experience in the use of libraries and toolboxes to support efficient development.
You will also have the opportunity to maintain strong links with Academic partners and to grow technical research areas of interest to you.
