You will be working in a part of Telent that is dedicated to maintaining the UK wide rail network. Our customers include Transport for London, Network Rail and a host of Train Operating Companies. Reporting to the Lead System Engineer the senior engineer will be responsible for delivering project upgrade works across Transport for London and Network rail infrastructure.
You will be required to become familiar with the College's policies, and comply with the requirements to safeguard and protect the welfare of children and young people and vulnerable adults. All staff are asked to complete mandatory training in relation to KCSIE and other key areas, and to read the relevant policies.
You will learn industry-recognised methodologies, network security, threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response, while building practical experience with Live Labs.
You will develop and deliver comprehensive course materials, undertake all aspects of learning, teaching and assessment of students and keep up to date with latest developments in your field and student support practices.
You will hold a Master's degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable)
You will also be responsible for managing the financial and administrative procedures of the schemes and ensuring a high standard of care and support is maintained at all times in accordance with CQC regulations and contractual specifications.
