You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care while providing clear direction and support to the night staff team, maintaining standards when senior management are not present.
You will be an experienced care professional holding an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with the ability to lead confidently during night shifts.
You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
