Learning Experience Designer jobs in Brent

You will be a key contributor in building and operationalizing customer journeys, shaping persona development, and translating insights into activation strategies across digital and offline channels.

You will support students with additional learning needs both inside and outside the classroom, deliver targeted interventions, and assist with emotional and behavioural support where required. Working closely with teachers and the SEN team, you will help create an engaging and supportive learning environment tailored to individual student needs.

You will also deliver targeted interventions to support learning, communication, and social development. The school is looking for someone who is approachable, patient, and adaptable, with the ability to make learning engaging and fun. Experience using PECS and Makaton is essential to support pupils with communication needs.
