You will be recruited to a dedicated care team operating in: Baguley (M23) Newall Green (M23) For this role we are recruiting:

You will play a key role in our pre-16 prevention pilot, helping to identify and address the root causes of youth homelessness.

You will work closely with families, schools, and community services to ensure sustained positive outcomes.

You should be skilled in risk assessments, have strong communication abilities, and be committed to safeguarding and trauma-informed practices.

You will work across the school to support teaching, learning, and behaviour management, as directed by teaching and senior staff.

You will work closely with the Behaviour Team to provide interventions and guidance that improve students’ emotional regulation, engagement, and overall progress.
