You will need experience working within children’s homes dealing with children
You will work to maintain a high level of support that's required for the service needs.
You will participate in the chosen activities of the people we support and be enthusiastic about their interests.
You will have a calm and positive attitude under pressure.
You will be a quick learner, hands-on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
You must have current Right to Work in the UK and have been employed in the UK for at least 6 months. We no longer have any certificates of sponsorship available and are unable to consider sponsorship.
You will then complete the person-centred training, specific to the person that you are supporting.
